Where & when we run
As we come out of Covid restrictions our club runs are now open for Members to come along without booking. All of our regular club runs are detailed below. Please be aware that no further members e-mails will be sent out about runs, unless we have to cancel a run for any reason.
Please follow government guidelines and do not attend a run if you have any covid symptoms. Please advise us via email@example.com if you do test positive for covid so that we can advise our other runners that they may need to take a PCR test. Leaders will keep a register of everyone on their runs for this purpose for a period of 2 weeks.
Our training runs are on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, times and locations are detailed below.
The programme can change though so it is always worth double checking your email or the club's Facebook page before coming along.
Please also note, these sessions are for suitable for anyone that can run 5k or more. If you are new to running, please take a look at our training courses.
Please be aware that although most restrictions have lifted, we would still recommend following sensible distancing and cleaning precautions and making use of lateral flow tests. Run Leaders will also keep a register of everyone who attends a run in case of track & trace.
Please also ensure that your ICE number is visible (a Parkrun tag or bracelet or other tag on your shoe is ideal).
We believe that we have listened to what you would like from your responses to the Club survey, but if there are any runs or activities you would like to propose, please contact Sue Wilton as Head Coach or speak to one of the Coaches or Leaders who will make a recommendation to Sue.
