Where & when we run

Please follow government guidelines and do not attend a run if you have any covid symptoms.  Please advise us via solentrsinfo@gmail.com if you do test positive for covid so that we can advise our other runners.  Leaders will keep a register of everyone on their runs for this purpose for a period of 2 weeks.
Please be aware that although most restrictions have lifted, we would still recommend following sensible distancing and cleaning precautions and making use of lateral flow tests.

Please also ensure that your ICE number is visible (a parkrun tag or bracelet or other tag on your shoe is ideal).  Also please ensure that you are wearing a hi-viz tabard or jacket and if you have running lights, these are also advisable.

The programme can change though so it is always worth double checking your email or the club's Facebook page before coming along.

Please also note, these sessions are for suitable for anyone that can run 5k or more. If you are new to running, please take a look at our training courses.

We believe that we have listened to what you would like from your responses to the Club survey, but if there are any runs or activities you would like to propose, please mention it to a Club Coach or Run Leader who will make a recommendation to the Committee.
