Membership - How to Join Us
At Solent Running Sisters, we prefer it if you come along to try us before joining - so you can check that we are right for you! The membership form is further down this page - but please read the page in full first.
If you can already run for about 30 minutes, (however slowly!), there is no requirement to complete the Beginners' Programme. Simply come along to a session and make yourself known to the leader.
If you have never run before - or are unable to run for 30 minutes yet, our Beginners' Programme is the best way to start.
All fees are to be paid by electronic transfer to the SRS bank account. If you are opting for EA affiliaiton, please make one single payment of £30.

Please let us know if your details change (e.g. new address or mobile number, change in ICE details).
All members are expected to abide by our club's constitution and our club's rules. You can download a copy from this link.
Please note that all members undertake club activities at their own risk and that Solent Running Sisters do not accept responsibility for any loss or injury incurred during club activities.
It is the responsibility of members to ensure that the leader of a club activity is aware of any relevant issues that may affect the safety of that member or of others before the activity commences. This can include medical issues including asthma, diabetes and epilepsy. If a member has had medical advice not to run, we strongly suggest that the member follows that advice.
It is also the responsibility of members to ensure that the leader of a club activity has access to their "in case of emergency" contact information - name and phone number. We ask that members carry their ICE details with them when running with us - whether on a shoe tag, wristband, or simply a piece of paper.
We follow England Athletics' guidance on welfare.
If you have any questions about membership or about the club, please get in touch.
